Assistant Director for the Office of Technology Transfer at Oregon State University
Dr. Mary Phillips is the Assistant Director for the Office of Technology Transfer at Oregon State University (OSU.) Dr. Phillips joined OSU in September 2006. Prior to joining OSU, she was a Licensing Associate at Oregon Health and Science University. Mary is a U.S.P.T.O. registered Patent Agent, holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of London’s Imperial college of Science, Technology and Medicine and, as of July 1st she will serve as the President of the Board of Directors of the Business Enterprise Center.
