For over 15 years, Bill Witt has been assisting corporate executives, business owners, and other professionals to make informed decisions. Bill’s legal and financial background coupled with his passion for technology has helped hundreds of professionals. It’s not everyday, you find a professional that can cover such a wide discipline. Creating business entities and drafting agreements, advising on tax matters, or assisting in the “roll out” of a new product line, Bill’s experience allows him to bring a "fresh and simple" look to assess and implement the most prudent decision.

In the last five years, Bill has become a household name in the bioscience arena serving as the personal legal and tax advisor to many of the corporate executives in this marketplace. In addition, Bill continues to serve as general counsel and chief financial officer for several small businesses in Southern California.

Prior to joining Witt Consulting in 2002, Bill served as a Tax Senior Manager for a national accounting firm. As an industry leader in evaluating tax strategies for corporate executives, Bill served within the Personal Financial Counseling and Investment Advisory division. In addition to his tax responsibilities, Bill served as consultant for mergers and acquisitions as well as traditional financial statement audits.
