President, ATCO America & ZAPS Technologies

Chuck Crowe is president of ATCO America, a small manufacturing firm in Philomath.  After receiving a business/finance degree from Washington State University he started a chain of bicycle stores and also spent 12 years as a business/contracts manager for CH2M Hill before starting ATCO 17 years ago.  He's the past chair of the Corvallis-Benton Economic Development Partnership, the Region 4 Workforce Investment Board and also serves on the board of the Corvallis-Benton Chamber Coalition and advisory board of the Community Services Consortium.
