Heather McGowan, CPA, CVA has over twelve years of public accounting experience.  She is an Oregon State University graduate and earned her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in 1994.  In addition to being a CPA, she also holds the credential of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and has assisted clients in business valuation matters.  She has been extensively involved in financial statement auditing and financial statement preparation for businesses in a variety of industries, and has vast experience in the preparation of all types of tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and non-profit organizations.  Heather is an active volunteer with the Albany Rotary Club, Soroptimist International of Albany, Albany General Hospital Foundation, and Treasurer of the Business Enterprise Center.
