Jeanne Smith’s law practice in Corvallis, Oregon concentrates on (1) representing start-up high technology ventures in formation, licensing, contracts and exit strategy planning, and (2) all aspects of estate planning.  Jeanne graduated magna cum laude from Temple University School of Law where she was Managing Editor of the Law Review.  She received her B.A. from Purdue University.  Jeanne is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education classes on business topics including Business Succession Planning and Advising Oregon Businesses.

Prior to attending law school she spent six years working in sales and marketing for two Fortune 100 companies.  After law school she worked as an associate at a large Philadelphia law firm and then served as Corporate Counsel to a publicly traded software company.
